AYDINLATMA METNİ
ASİL LOJİSTİK VE ULAŞTIRMA HİZM. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Asil Lojistik” veya “şirket” olarak anılacaktır.) olarak müşterilerimizin, tedarikçilerimizin, iş ortaklarımızın, ziyaretçilerimizin başta temel hak ve özgürlüklerini korumak olmak üzere özel hayatlarına ilişkin gizliliğin korunması, bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması ve korunması öncelikli prensiplerimiz arasında yer almakta olup; 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (“Kanun”) 10’uncu maddesi ve Avrupa Birliği Veri Koruma Direktifi (“GDPR”) uyarınca kişisel verileriniz toplanabileceğinden, kişisel verilerin toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebebi, kişisel verilerinizin Şirketimiz tarafından hangi amaçlarla işlendiği, kişisel verilerinizin hangi üçüncü kişilere açıklandığı/aktarıldığı ve hangi amaçlarla açıklandığına ve veri sahibi olarak kullanabileceğiniz haklarınıza ilişkin aydınlatma yükümlülüğümüz bulunmaktadır. İş bu Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hakkında Aydınlatma metnini yürürlükteki mevzuatta yapılabilecek değişiklikler çerçevesinde her zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar.

Kişisel Verilerinizi Ne Şekilde ve Hangi Sebeplerle Topluyoruz? Hukuki Sebepleri Nelerdir?
Kişisel verileriniz; kurumsal internet sitelerimiz kanalıyla veya e-posta veya diğer yollarla ya da iş ilişkilerimiz sırasında, ticari sözleşmelerin imzalanması aşamasında ve/veya ticari ilişki süreci süresi içerisinde tarafımıza ilettiğiniz bilgiler, internet sitemizi ziyaret ettiğiniz sırada iletişim formunu doldurmanız, fiziksel formlar gibi çeşitli kanallar aracılığıyla sözlü, yazılı veya elektronik ortamda olmak kaydıyla çeşitli yöntemlerle depolanmaktadır.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun Kanunun 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilenler ile aşağıda yer verilen hukuka uygunluk sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenebilir.

Kişisel Verilerinizi Hangi Amaçlarla İşliyoruz?
Tarafımızca hukuka uygun olarak edinilen kişisel verileriniz hukuki yükümlülüğümüzü yerine getirmek, Şirket’in meşru menfaatleri kapsamında ve haklarınıza zarar vermeden Şirketimiz tarafından misafirlerin, Ziyaretçilerin hizmet alım süreçlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla işlenmektedir.

Kişisel Verilerinizi Nerelere Aktarıyoruz?
Kişisel veriler, Kanun’un 5. maddesinin 2. fıkrasında yer alan şartlardan birinin bulunması halinde işbu metnin dördüncü maddesinde belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı olarak, şirket tarafından yukarıda yer alan amaçlar doğrultusunda doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak yurtiçindeki hissedarlarımıza, iş ortaklarımıza, tedarikçilerimize, iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla, şirket Çalışanlarına, kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ve kanunen yetkili özel hukuk kişilerine Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen şartlar çerçevesinde gerekli güvenlik önlemleri alınmak kaydıyla aktarılabilmektedir. (Örneğin; UETDRS Ulaştırma Elektronik Takip ve Denetim Sistemi)
Kanun’un 5. maddesinin 2. fıkrasında yer alan şartlardan birinin bulunmaması halinde Kişisel Verilerin aktarımı ilgili kişinin açık rızasına tabidir.
Haklarınız
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi gereği bize şahsen, kimliğinizi ispat etmeniz kaydıyla, kişisel verileriniz ile ilgili;
- Hakkınızda kişisel veri işleyip işlemediğimizi öğrenebilir, eğer işliyorsak veya işlemişsek, buna ilişkin bilgi talep edebilirsiniz.
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığı öğrenebilirsiniz.
- Kişisel verilerinizin yurt içi veya yurt dışına aktarılıp aktarılmadığını ve kimlere aktarıldığını öğrenebilirsiniz.
- Yanlış ve eksik kişisel verilerinizin düzeltilmesini ve bu verilerin aktarıldığı veya aktarılmış olabileceği alıcıların bilgilendirilmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
- Kişisel verilerinizin KVKK madde 7’de öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde imha edilmesini (silinmesini, yok edilmesini veya anonim hale getirilmesini) talep edebilirsiniz. Ancak imha talebinizi değerlendirerek hangi yöntemin uygun olduğu somut olayın koşullarına göre tarafımızca değerlendirilecektir. Bu bağlamda seçtiğimiz imha yöntemini neden seçtiğimiz ile ilgili bizden her zaman bilgi talep edebilirsiniz.
- Kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı veya aktarılabileceği üçüncü kişilerin söz konusu imha talebiniz ile ilgili bilgilendirilmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
- Münhasıran bir otomatik sistem kullanılarak oluşturulmuş kişisel veri analizinizin sonuçlarına bu sonuçlar çıkarlarınıza aykırıysa itiraz edebilirsiniz.
- Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
Başvurunuzda yer alan talepleriniz, talebin niteliğine göre en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılacaktır. Ancak, işlemin Şirket için ayrıca bir maliyeti gerektirmesi hâlinde, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’de belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.
Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu Uyarınca Talepte Bulunma Yöntemi?
Yukarıda sıralanan haklarınıza yönelik Başvuru Formu ’nu yazan talimatlara uygun olarak doldurarak, formun imzalı bir nüshasını Asil Lojistik ve Ulaştırma Hiz. Ltd. Şti. İnönü Mah. Muammer Aksoy Cad. No 93 D: 98 Sefaköy / Küçükçekmece / İstanbul adresine kimliğinizi tespit edici belgeler ile bizzat elden iletebilir, noter kanalıyla veya Kanun’da belirtilen diğer yöntemler ile gönderebilirsiniz. Talebinizin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak başvurularınız sonuçlandırılacaktır; ancak ayrıca bir maliyet doğması halinde Şirket’in Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunca belirlenecek tarifeye göre tarafınızdan ücret talep edebilme hakkı saklıdır.

Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.
